The SC Preferred 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with no decking is designed to maximize storage areas with a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It offers durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The shelves are open and adjustable at 1" increments, allowing for flexible configuration. Assembly is easy and requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, utilizing snap-in components. The unit features sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support, with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. The shelving has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. Decking must be ordered separately.
