The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage areas with a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable roll-formed steel framing for maximum support and front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. The unit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments, allowing the open shelves to be adjustable at 1" increments for versatile storage. The starter kit provides four-sided open access for maximum flexibility and simple assembly with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability, and the wire decking permits ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, while allowing sprinkler water to pass easily throughout the racks to improve fire safety. The package includes particle board that ships in two pieces.
