The SC Preferred™ 4 Shelf Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving Starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces. Each level supports a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. The shelves are adjustable at 1" increments to provide versatile storage options. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams that lock securely into corner posts forming a structurally sound joint to prevent back and side sway, and wire decking that allows ventilation, visibility, and light penetration while facilitating sprinkler water flow for improved fire safety. The shelving features a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and is easy to assemble without bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components and front-to-back supports that help prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. The particle board ships in two pieces.
