The SC Preferred 5 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with no decking is designed to maximize storage areas with a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments. The unit allows four-side access for maximum flexibility and easy assembly with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. It is constructed with sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support, and front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. The double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner post, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The finish is a chip-resistant gray baked enamel. Decking is sold separately. Warranty information is available upon request.
