The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments for customizable storage. The shelving unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock securely into corner posts using a double rivet button stud construction, eliminating back and side sway. The roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, while front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full loads. The chip resistant gray baked enamel finish protects the steel components. The package includes sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking, shipped in two pieces, offering a cost-effective, solid surface. This boltless shelving system requires easy assembly with snap-in components and no bolts, nuts, or clips needed, allowing for quick setup and straightforward expansion by joining add-on units for enhanced stability.
