The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments and an open design allowing four-side access for maximum flexibility. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts to form a structurally secure joint, eliminating back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically on 1" increments. The chip resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability, while the sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking provides a cost-effective solid surface; particle board ships in two pieces. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, making expansion simple and stable by joining units.
