The SC Preferred™ 2 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking features a maximum storage weight capacity of 1500 lbs. per level and is designed for durable and adaptable storage in retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing customization for various storage needs. The shelving unit is easy to assemble with snap-in components and requires no bolts, nuts, or clips. It includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing ensures maximum support, with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts to form structurally secure joints, eliminating back and side sway. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish protects the shelving, while the sturdy, smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking provides cost-effective, solid support.
