The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf, standard duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize your storage area with a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted 14 ga horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into the corner post for a structurally secure joint, eliminating back and side sway. Front-to-back supports help prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. The easy assembly design requires no bolts, nuts, or clips and uses snap-in components. The open design allows four side access for maximum flexibility. The shelving has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and includes sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking that ships in two pieces.
