The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial applications. It supports a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level and features durable, adaptable storage with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The shelving unit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 ga steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into corner posts, preventing back and side sway. The open design allows four-side access, providing maximum flexibility. Front-to-back supports help prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, and the chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish offers durability. The wood decking consists of sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard, which ships in two pieces for cost-effective, solid decking.
