The kit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments, forming a structurally secure joint with double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into the corner post, eliminating back and side sway. The shelves are open and adjustable at 1" increments, with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation. Easy assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, utilizing snap-in components. The unit features sturdy roll-formed steel framing with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and includes smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking shipped in two pieces.
