The SC Preferred™ 2 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. It features durable roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded and double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway for structural security. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments and the unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers along with double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability, and the sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard provides solid, cost-effective decking. The design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility and simplifies expansion by joining units with stability and less construction effort than bolting starter units together.
