The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize your storage area with a max storage weight of 1800 lbs. per level. It is suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, featuring durable and adaptable storage with adjustable open shelves at 1" increments. The easy assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components for quick setup. The construction includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double rivet button stud construction locking perimeter beams into corner posts to form a structurally secure joint, preventing back and side sway. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, while front-to-back supports help prevent beams from rotating when fully loaded. The kit includes double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments, and sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard provides cost-effective solid decking with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish.
