The kit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock into the corner post using double rivet button stud construction, ensuring a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. The assembly is easy, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, with snap-in components for tool-free setup. The shelving has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and includes sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking for cost-effective solid support. The open design provides four-sided access for maximum flexibility, and dimensions and configurations are available in various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly every facility area.
