The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize your storage area with a max storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing for customization, and the open design enables four-sided access for maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The shelving unit has sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support, with front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. The unit is finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel, and the decking consists of sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard for a cost-effective solid surface.
