The SC Preferred™ 2 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage with a max storage weight of 1800 lbs. per level. It features durable, adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams, and wire decking that allows ventilation, visibility, and light penetration while permitting sprinkler water to pass through easily to improve fire safety. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, and double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, and the finish is a chip-resistant gray baked enamel. The shelving's open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility and comes with warranty terms as specified by the manufacturer.
