The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1800 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 ga steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into corner posts for a structurally secure joint, eliminating back and side sway. The open design allows four-sided access for maximum flexibility. Wire decking provides ventilation, visibility, and light penetration while allowing sprinkler water to pass through easily, improving fire safety and lowering insurance premiums. The shelving has a chip resistant gray baked enamel finish and easy assembly with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
