The SC Preferred 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage areas with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 GA steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into corner posts with double rivet button stud construction to eliminate back and side sway. The open design allows four side access, providing maximum flexibility, and the wire decking permits ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and sprinkler water passage, enhancing fire safety. The frame uses sturdy roll-formed steel with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish ensures longevity. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no nuts, bolts, or clips. The particle board included ships in two pieces.
