The SC Preferred 3 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter kit with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. Each level supports a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing for customizable storage configurations. The shelving features sturdy roll-formed steel framing with 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, and double riveted horizontal beams that lock into corner posts, preventing rotation and eliminating back and side sway for structural security. The front-to-back supports enhance beam stability under load. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish provides durability, and the kit includes smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking, which ships in two pieces for easy assembly. Assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, relying instead on snap-in components for quick setup.
