The SC Preferred 3-shelf standard duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed for retail, commercial, and industrial applications, providing durable and adaptable storage with a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It features open shelves adjustable at 1" increments and an open design allowing four-side access for maximum flexibility. The kit includes sturdy roll-formed 2" x 1" 14 GA steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock into corner posts via double rivet button stud construction, preventing back and side sway and eliminating the need for bolts, nuts, or clips. The wire decking promotes ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and fire safety by allowing sprinkler water to pass through easily. It has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish, easy snap-in assembly, front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation, and particle board ships in two pieces.
