The SC Preferred 4 shelf, heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial applications, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. The shelving system features durable and adaptable storage with open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments for customizable organization. It utilizes a sturdy roll-formed steel framing with 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams providing maximum support and preventing beam rotation under load through front-to-back supports. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The chip resistant gray baked enamel finish protects the steel frame, and each unit includes a sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking as a cost-effective, solid shelf surface.
