The SC Preferred 5 shelf, standard duty boltless shelving add-on with no decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, industrial, and commercial environments, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing for customizable storage configurations. The shelving features sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load, and double rivet button stud construction secures the perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability and appearance. The open design provides four-side access for maximum flexibility, and the assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The kit allows easy expansion by joining units with greater stability and less construction compared to bolting two starter units together. Decking must be ordered separately.
