The SC Preferred 5 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with no decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features adjustable open shelves at 1" increments and is suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The shelving unit offers an open design that allows four-side access for maximum flexibility and easy assembly without the need for bolts, nuts, or clips. Constructed from sturdy roll-formed steel framing, it provides maximum support with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The unit is finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel coating. Decking is not included and must be ordered separately.
