The SC Preferred 3 shelf, standard duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate deck measures 96" W x 30" D x 72" H and is designed to maximize storage area for retail, commercial, and industrial applications. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T-posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments, providing sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support. The open design allows four-side access and the shelving supports a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. The laminate deck is 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging, featuring a stain-resistant and easy-to-clean melamine surface in white laminated finish. Assembly is simple with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, and expansion is made easy by joining units with stability and less construction effort than bolting starter units together. Front-to-back supports prevent beams from rotating when fully loaded, and double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner post to form a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish completes the durable and adaptable storage solution. The particle board ships in two pieces. Warranty terms apply as per manufacturer policy.
