The SC Preferred 4 shelf standard duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate deck measures 96"W x 30"D x 72"H and is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It features durable, adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, supported by sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. The double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams vertically adjustable in 1" increments. The laminate deck is 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging, featuring a stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface that is chip resistant with a gray baked enamel finish on the frame. The open design allows four-sided access for maximum flexibility, and assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no nuts, bolts, or clips. Particle board ships in two pieces. The shelving add-on complies with standard industrial specifications and comes with a warranty as specified by the manufacturer.
