The SC Preferred 5 Shelf Standard Duty Boltless Shelving Add On with Laminate Deck measures 96" wide by 30" deep by 84" high and features a laminate deck designed to maximize storage area. It supports a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level and is suitable for retail, commercial, and industrial applications. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing for flexible storage configurations. The kit includes rugged 14-gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments, providing sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. The double-rivet button stud construction locks the perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The open design allows access from all four sides for maximum flexibility. The decking is chip-resistant with a gray baked enamel finish and includes a 1/2" thick, stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface with pre-cut square edging in white laminated particle board, which ships in two pieces.
