The SC Preferred 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1-inch increments. The shelving system is easy to assemble without the need for bolts, nuts, or clips, utilizing snap-in components for quick setup. It accommodates various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly any facility area, offering four-side access for maximum flexibility. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, while front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1-inch centers and double-riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1-inch increments. The unit is finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel coating. The decking consists of sturdy, smooth, precut 5/8-inch thick particleboard, which ships in two pieces, providing a cost-effective solid surface for storage.
