The SC Preferred™ 2 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable, adaptable storage with open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments, providing four side access for maximum flexibility. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments, and sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking shipped in two pieces. The roll-formed steel framing offers maximum support, with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load, and double rivet button stud construction locking perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. The gray baked enamel finish is chip resistant, and assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. This add-on unit enables stable expansion by joining multiple units with less construction complexity than bolting starter units together.
