It features durable roll-formed steel framing with 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into corner posts for a structurally secure joint, preventing back and side sway. The open shelving design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility, with shelves adjustable vertically in 1" increments, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. The unit includes stain-resistant, easy-to-clean 1/2" thick melamine surface decking with pre-cut square edging in a white laminated finish, and a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish on the steel components. Assembly is tool-free with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, and the particle board ships in two pieces.
