The add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically on 1" increments, providing sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support. Front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation when fully loaded, and double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway, creating a structurally secure joint. The wire decking allows ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, with sprinkler water easily passing throughout the racks for improved fire safety. The chip resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. The shelving units require easy assembly with snap-in components, needing no bolts, nuts, or clips. Dimensions and expansion options include various heights, widths, and depths to accommodate nearly every area of your facility, with the particle board shipping in two pieces.
