The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wire decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 14 GA steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into corner posts using double rivet button stud construction, preventing back and side sway and providing structural security. The open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility, and the wire decking offers ventilation, visibility, and light penetration while enabling sprinkler water to pass throughout the racks for improved fire safety. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, and units can be joined together for greater stability and expansion. The shelving features sturdy roll-formed steel framing, front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under load, and a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. Particle board components ship in two pieces. Warranty information is retained as specified by the manufacturer.
