The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wire decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. Suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, this durable and adaptable shelving features open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments. The roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation under full loads. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The kit includes rugged 14 GA steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams, all finished in a chip-resistant gray baked enamel. Wire decking enhances ventilation, visibility, and light penetration while allowing sprinkler water to pass easily, improving fire safety. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The particle board ships in two pieces, and the open design provides four-side access for maximum flexibility.
