The SC Preferred 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wire decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The shelving system has a sturdy roll-formed steel framing that provides maximum support and front-to-back supports to help prevent beam rotation under full loads. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The wire decking allows ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, with sprinkler water easily passing throughout the racks to improve fire safety. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. The open design allows four-side access, providing maximum flexibility for various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly any facility area. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, and expansion is straightforward by joining units for more stability with less construction effort. Particle board ships in two pieces.
