The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf standard duty boltless shelving add-on with wire decking is designed to maximize storage areas with a max storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level, making it durable and adaptable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. It features open shelves adjustable at 1" increments and easy assembly with no bolts, nuts, or clips required. The shelving comes in various heights, widths, and depths to accommodate nearly every facility area, suitable for retail, commercial, and industrial applications. Its open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility, while sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support. Front-to-back supports prevent beams from rotating when fully loaded, and double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 ga steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. Wire decking allows ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and sprinkler water passage throughout racks to improve fire safety and potentially lower insurance premiums. Particle board ships in two pieces.
