The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf, standard duty boltless shelving add-on with wire decking is designed to maximize your storage area with a max storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing flexibility in configuration. The open design permits access from all four sides, providing maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Expansion and unit joining are simplified, offering more stability and less construction than bolting two starter units together. The shelving is constructed from sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load, and double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. The wire decking allows ventilation, visibility, and light penetration while permitting sprinkler water to pass through, thereby improving fire safety. The particle board ships in two pieces.
