The SC Preferred 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with laminate deck features a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level and is designed for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. It offers durable and adaptable storage with adjustable open shelves at 1" increments and easy assembly without bolts, nuts, or clips required. The unit accommodates various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly any facility area and provides four side access due to its open design. Construction includes sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support, front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded, and double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts for a structurally secure joint, eliminating back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable at 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and stain-resistant, easy-to-clean 1/2" thick white laminated melamine surface decking with pre-cut square edging provide durability and cleanliness.
