The SC Preferred 3 Shelf Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving Starter measures 72" wide by 24" deep by 120" high and features a laminate deck designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial environments. Each level supports a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs and the open shelves are adjustable in 1" increments. The unit is constructed with sturdy roll-formed 14 gauge steel framing with 2" x 1-1/2" uprights punched on 1" centers, and double rivet button stud construction locks the perimeter beams into corner posts, preventing back and side sway. Front-to-back supports help prevent beam rotation when fully loaded, while the chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish protects the steel frame. The shelving deck is made of stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface particle board, measuring 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging and ships in two pieces, finished white/laminated. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, and the open design allows access from all four sides for maximum flexibility.
