The SC Preferred 2 Shelf Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving Starter with laminate deck is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. The shelving unit features durable roll-formed steel framing with 2" x 1-1/2" 14 ga steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that prevent back and side sway. The open shelves are adjustable in 1" increments and utilize a double rivet button stud construction for stability. The laminate deck is a 1/2" thick stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface with pre-cut square edging, shipped in two pieces. The gray chip-resistant baked enamel finish adds durability. Assembly is easy, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, and allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. The unit is available in various heights, widths, and depths to accommodate diverse facility layouts.
