The SC Preferred 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter, measuring 72"W x 48"D x 120"H, features a laminate deck designed to maximize storage space with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. This durable and adaptable shelving is suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial applications, offering adjustable open shelves in 1" increments. The easy assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components and double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, providing structural stability and eliminating back and side sway. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing includes front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under load and rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 ga steel uprights punched on 1" centers. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white laminated melamine surface decking, which is 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging, enhance durability. The particle board ships in two pieces. The design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility in storage.
