The SC Preferred 3 shelf, standard duty boltless shelving starter with laminate deck is designed to maximize storage area with a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It is durable and adaptable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, featuring open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock securely to the corner posts, preventing back and side sway. The appliance offers easy assembly with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support with front-to-back supports to help prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. The shelf decking is stain resistant with an easy-to-clean melamine surface, measuring 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging in a white laminated finish. The particle board deck ships in two pieces and the entire unit has a chip resistant gray baked enamel finish.
