The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf, standard duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, and the kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers along with double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into the corner post for structural security, eliminating back and side sway. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. The open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility, and the wire decking offers ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and easy sprinkler water flow, enhancing fire safety. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The unit has a chip resistant gray baked enamel finish. The particle board included ships in two pieces.
