The SC Preferred 3 shelf standard duty boltless shelving starter with laminate deck is designed to maximize storage space with a max storage weight capacity of 1000 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The shelving kit is easy to assemble with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, and front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts to form structurally secure joints, eliminating back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability while the stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white laminated melamine surface decking measures 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging. The particle board ships in two pieces.
