The SC Preferred 5-shelf standard duty boltless shelving starter kit measures 96"W x 18"D x 120"H and includes a laminate deck designed to maximize storage area. It is suitable for retail, commercial, and industrial applications with adjustable open shelves that can be repositioned at 1" increments. The kit features rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams for structural security, locking perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. The roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, and front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation when fully loaded, allowing a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish frames a stain-resistant, easy-to-clean 1/2" thick melamine surface deck with pre-cut square edging in white/layered finish. Assembly is simple with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The particle board ships in two pieces. The product carries a warranty for reliable use.
