The SC Preferred™ 3 Shelf standard duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking features a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level and is designed for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. It is adaptable, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments, and offers easy assembly with no bolts, nuts, or clips required. The shelving unit comes in various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly any facility area. Its open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner post, eliminating back and side sway for a structurally secure joint. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 GA steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. The included wire decking allows ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, while permitting sprinkler water to pass throughout easily, improving fire safety. The particle board ships in two pieces.
