The SC Preferred™ 3 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wire decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1800 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing customization for various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly every facility area. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock securely into corner posts using double rivet button stud construction, eliminating back and side sway. The wire decking provides ventilation, visibility, and light penetration while allowing sprinkler water to pass through easily, enhancing fire safety. The shelving features a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and offers easy assembly with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The open design permits four side access for maximum flexibility, and the sturdy roll-formed steel framing ensures maximum support. This add-on unit makes expansion easy, joining with more stability and less construction compared to bolting two starter units together.
