The SC Preferred™ 2 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wire decking is designed to maximize storage areas with a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It is durable and adaptable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, featuring open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The shelving unit offers an open design allowing four-side access for maximum flexibility and easy assembly without the need for bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components. Various heights, widths, and depths are available to accommodate nearly every area of a facility. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner post, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically on 1" increments, finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel. Wire decking allows ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and the free passage of sprinkler water to improve fire safety and reduce insurance premiums. Particle board ships in two pieces. The product includes a warranty as specified by the manufacturer.
