The SC Preferred 5 shelf standard duty boltless shelving starter with laminate deck is designed to maximize storage with a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It features durable roll-formed steel framing with 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments, providing sturdy support and eliminating back and side sway. The open design allows four side access for maximum flexibility, making it suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and stain-resistant easy-to-clean white laminated melamine surface decking, measuring 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging, offer durability and ease of maintenance. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. The particleboard deck ships in two pieces.
