The portable and lightweight LN-25X wire feeder is designed for field construction, featuring CrossLinc technology that provides voltage control directly at the feeder when paired with a compatible power source, eliminating the need for control cables. The True Voltage Technology (TVT) compensates for voltage drop across long weld cable lengths, ensuring that the voltage set at the feeder is the voltage delivered during welding. The kit includes a Tweco® or Twistmate® (DINSE®) input power connection, and models with or without an integrated flowmeter are available. This system allows for full control without cumbersome control cables, significantly reducing job site clutter and minimizing unnecessary personnel movement across the worksite. It also facilitates faster setup with fewer cable connections, prevents unintentional machine adjustments, and allows for quick settings adjustments that reduce rework. The LN-25X features fully encapsulated and environmentally protected electronics, and a replaceable flame-resistant case that can be installed in under five minutes. The package includes the LN-25X wire feeder with a TVT Tweco style plug on the electrode cable and an integrated flow meter.
