The Precision TIG® 375 is designed for thicker materials and heavier jobs, offering the highest duty cycle in its class. This welder features a built-in TIG pulser that helps control heat input and reduces distortion and burn-through on thin materials. It provides stable low amperage starting, welding, and cratering capabilities for both AC and DC welding. Notable features include AC Auto-Balance®, which automatically adjusts the optimal mix of cleaning and penetration when welding aluminum, with the option for manual adjustment. The welder operates with a wide range of 2 to 420 amps, and standard pulse functions enhance control over heat input, minimizing warping on thin metals. The Precision TIG® 375 incorporates Micro-Start™ II technology for better starting and arc stability, resulting in precise welds. The Ready-Pak comes fully assembled, including a water cooler, foot Amptrol™, regulator and hose kit, TIG torch, torch cover, parts kit, water hoses, work cable and clamp, and adapter. The kit includes (1) K2622-1 Precision TIG® 375 welder, (1) K2621-1 advanced control panel, (1) K1828-1 under-cooler cart water cooler, (1) K870 foot Amptrol™ with 25 ft (7.6 m) cable assembly, (1) 3100211 Harris gas regulator/flowmeter and 10 ft hose kit, (1) K1784-4 PTW-20 250A water cooled TIG torch with 25 ft cable, (1) K918-2 zippered torch cover with 25 ft cable assembly, (1) KP510 parts kit for PTW-20 series torches, (2) S19558-4 water hoses, and (1) K2150-1 2/0 work cable and clamp (15 ft). The input current is rated at 40% duty cycle with PFC: 112/102/51A and 60% duty cycle: 102/92/46, with a rated output of 375A/40% and 350A/60%.
