The Magnum® Pro 100SG spool gun is designed for precise feeding of soft aluminum wire, making it an economical choice for both occasional and experienced welders using Lincoln Electric compact wire feeder/welders. It features premium Magnum® Pro expendables, including Copper Plus contact tips and long-life diffusers with anti-seize™ threads. At a lightweight of only 3.5 lbs. (1.6 kg), the spool gun is compatible with all aluminum alloys, allowing for the recommended wire diameters to be fed using the same drive roll and liner assembly. Its ergonomic grip and balanced design enhance user comfort, while the full travel mechanical trigger provides excellent feedback, even when using welding gloves. The gun comes with a 10 ft. (3.0 m) cable that enables quick connections to the welding machine, eliminating the need for an expensive gun or bulky adapter module. The kit includes one spool gun with a 10 ft (3m) cable, one ED030308 spool of 0.035 in 4043 aluminum alloy wire, one drive roll for 0.030-0.035 in wire, three KP2744-035T tapered contact tips with a diameter of 0.035 in, and a sturdy carrying case to protect the gun during transport and storage.
