The Magnum® Pro 250LX spool gun is designed for home, farm, and small shop projects, as well as autobody work and light maintenance or repair applications. This spool gun features a durable design that partners longer-lasting Magnum® Pro contact tips, making it a versatile accessory for the Power MIG® family. It connects easily and effectively, plugging directly into the Power MIG® 256 and Power MIG® 260 without the need for an additional adapter. The gun offers a multi-turn wire speed adjustment for fine resolution, allowing remote wire speed adjustment without returning to the power source. Additionally, it has a tool-less drive roll tension mechanism facilitated by a large thumbscrew, enabling effortless fine adjustments of drive roll pressure, with a set screw for coarser adjustments for steel. The Magnum® Pro 250LX utilizes premium Magnum® Pro expendables, providing extended contact tip life and increasing arc-on time. The kit includes a spool gun with a 25 ft cable, a KP2747-1A aluminum thread-on 550 A diffuser, a KP2743-1-62RA aluminum 550A recessed gas nozzle assembly (5/8 in), a KP2745-364AT tapered aluminum contact tip, a KP2518-2 aluminum drive roll (.030/.035 - 3/64 in), a KP2879-5 180° barrel liner, and a KP2773-1 550A insulator.
